Offerweb Visit Offerweb
Publisher Review:
A Top Affiliate Program Pick.
Offerweb features the highest concentration of top performing affiliate programs
available for any affiliate network. It is difficult to find a campaign that does
not run strong. Poor performing campaigns are filtered out and only proven campaigns
are allowed to stay active. Offerweb is a "must use" affiliate network, certain to
put money in your wallet. The user interface is easy to use and makes it simple to
find the best performing campaigns. Customer support is excellent and all marketing
media types are allowed. Commissions checks are always on time, and commissions are never
reversed.
Pros:
Most all campaigns are winners, specific campaign approval
is not required, the user interface is intuitive and quick. This is a publisher-centric
affiliate network.
Cons:
Small selection of campaigns (primarily because the duds are
taken out). Some campaign statistic reporting features are limited.
Advertiser Review:
If you have a good campaign, then Offerweb can generate
moderate to high volumes of sales. Poor performing campaigns will be tested and promptly
drop. Only elite campaigns survive on Offerweb. Start-up fees are low, and campaigns
can go live fairly quickly.

Traffic Needs Visit Traffic Needs
Publisher Review:
A Top Affiliate Program Pick.
Traffic Needs is an essential affiliate network for publishers. Traffic Needs features
a moderate amount of offers, with a high percentage of high performing campaigns. The user
interface makes it easy to find the best campaigns, and the filtered search results are
fairly accurate. There is a high number of unique and exclusive campaigns, and most all
campaigns do not require an approval process. Customer support is strong and your affiliate
manager will help you if needed.
Pros:
Many strong performing campaigns that are easy to pick out.
Easy to use interface, campaign approval is generally automatic, and customer support is good.
Cons:
Commissions may be reversed or held if the advertiser does
not pay Traffic Needs.
Advertiser Review:
Sales volumes are moderate to high for strong performing
campaigns. Start-up fees are low and campaigns can be launched quickly. Most highly

Clickbooth Visit Clickbooth
Publisher Review:
Clickbooth is a large affiliate network with many offers to
choose from. Unfortunately, many of the offers are email/zip submit which seem to clutter
up the filtered search results. The filtered search results are not entirely accurate, so
campaigns that look like they could be strong may actually be duds. If you like email/zip
offers, then Clickbooth would be a great affiliate network to look into. Many other offers are available,
with a few high-performing campaigns in the mix.
Pros:
Large selection of offers, and very strong email/zip submit offers.
Commission payments are on time, and commission reversals are rare.
Cons:
Email/zip submit offers clutter up the search results, making
it hard to find what you are looking for. Filtered search results are often misleading, making
it difficult to find the best performing campaigns. Many campaigns do not allow certain
media types, or require special approval.
Advertiser Review:
High sales volumes are attainable for strong offers. Campaigns

Publisher Review:
HydraMedia offers a large selection of offers. Customer support
is very prolific, with constant customer communications and affiliate manager input.
Though many different offers are available, most all offers could be found on different
affiliate networks. The user interface makes it difficult to find the top performing campaigns, as there
is no eCPC filter.
Pros:
Large selection of offers with instant campaign approval.
Cons:
Difficult to find high performing campaigns.

Campaigns can be launched fairly quickly, and at moderate cost.

Affiliate Fuel Visit Affiliate Fuel
Publisher Review:
A small affiliate network with many unique offers. Affiliate
Fuel appears strong with both home-biz and education offers, but there are many other offers
to choose from as well. A high percentage of the offers are poor performers, but an
accurate search filtering feature helps to avoid most of the duds. New offers come in too
slowly, sometimes taking weeks before seeing anything fresh. Unfortunately, many offers
require an approval that takes days or even weeks. Many offers go offline as the campaigns
are waiting to be "refueled."
Pros:
Nice user interface, some strong offers that are easy to find.
Unique selection of offers, friendly customer support.
Cons:
Too many campaigns go offline as they are being "refueled," and
too many campaigns require an approval. There are only a few campaigns that perform really
well, making it necessary to rely on other affiliate networks for a steady flow of new and
high-performing campaigns.
Advertiser Review:
Affiliate Fuel can generate moderate volumes of sales. The
staff is creative, responsive, and can help with the campaign creation. Campaigns can be launched
fairly quickly with moderate start-up costs. This affiliate network is not recommended
as your only marketing channel.

Market Leverage Visit Market Leverage
Publisher Review:
Market Leverage is a small affiliate network, but has a few strong
offers. New offers come in from time to time that are worth trying, however there is
not much depth to the overall campaign portfolio. The user interface does not allow
you to sort the offers by eCPC, however there is a "Top 20" filter that shows
some of the stronger offers in the affiliate network. The affiliate managers seem
cooperative and eager to work with you, making it easy to receive help if needed.
Pros:
Can easily find the Top 20 affiliate programs, customer support
is strong and genuine, campaign approval is automatic.
Cons:
This affiliate network is small, so only a handful of good offers can be run.
eCPC filtering is not available.
Advertiser Review:
Moderate to good launch times for new campaigns. Moderate new
campaign start-up fees. Cooperative and creative staff can help with the campaign launch. Not
recommended as your only affiliate marketing channel due to low sales volumes.

Publisher Review:
Moderate sized affiliate network, however it does not have a good
sample of strong performing campaigns. Most of the unique or exclusive campaigns are not
strong contenders, and the non-exclusive campaigns seem to have lower-than-average payouts.
Affiliate managers state that they can "bump up" your payouts if you run their offers, however
we prefer affiliate networks that offer competitive commissions without having to ask for them.
This affiliate network, at the time of this review, did not offer much that couldn't be found
of other affiliate networks and with a higher commission payout. The customer support
was friendly and helpful, but the affiliate network overall appears weak.
Pros:
Customer support, easy to use interface, eCPC search filtering, and a
few offers with potential.
Cons:
Offers are not unique and can be found on other affiliate
networks with higher payouts.

Commission Junction Visit Commission Junction
Publisher Review:
CJ is a large and relatively popular affiliate network, however
with the absence of email marketing support, many publishers cannot use this affiliate network.
Customer support is poor, and the company in general appears arrogant. The user interface is
difficult to master, and slow to get things done. Most all
campaigns require special approval, making it difficult to get up and running fast.
If you rely on PPC, Banner, or other traditional (non-email) media, then you will find
a large selection of good offers to choose from, however the user interface makes it a
challenge to find what really works well for you.
Pros:
Large selection of offers, many of which are strong performers
for publishers who do not utilize email marketing.
Cons:
Clumbsy and convoluted interface. Hard to get things done, find
help, or communicate effectively. Limited marketing media types make it difficult for many
publishers to generate revenue.
Advertiser Review:
CJ is one of the most costly affiliate networks for
advertisers. With start-up fees exceeding $6,000, it is out of reach for most
newcomers. Many other affiliate networks can outperform CJ with far less investment risk. We
do not recommend launching a campaign on CJ unless you are already on other affiliate networks,
and you have money to burn.

CPA Empire Visit CPA Empire
Publisher Review:
CPA Empire is one of the largest affiliate networks, and features
a large selection of offers. However the performance of many of the offers run was
unsatisfactory, and revenue was down overall compared to other higher ranked affiliate
networks. The Affiliate Official staff
has used CPA Empire for over 3 years, and our use/need for this affiliate network declined to the point
where we seldom look at it anymore. Occassionaly new offers are reviewed and tested, but nothing
has come up in quite some time that performed well that wasn't already available on a different
affiliate network. Non-unique offers (offers found across many different affiliate networks) are found
on competiting affiliate networks with higher payouts. eMail advertising, though allowed, is
carefully controlled and leaves you feeling
uncomfortable. Commission checks will be reversed if advertisers do not pay, leaving you out
thousands of dollars through no fault of your own. This affiliate network is advertiser-centric
rather than publisher-centric. We also encountered a significant amount of dishonesty with
other services commissioned through the CPA Empire staff, however we will not go
into detail regarding this. Other affiliate networks may treat you better. If you are
not utilizing email marketing, and you are looking for a place to find a few new offers,
then CPA Empire may be worth checking out.
Pros:
Large affiliate network, many offers to choose from, provided eCPC search
filtering to help find the strongest offers.
Cons:
Customer support, not publisher-centric, commission
checks may be reversed, not a good selection of strong offers.
Advertiser Review:
Affiliate Official has not launched a new campaign on CPA Empire
for several years, due to poor experiences that occurred at that time. We found an extremely
high rate of fraudulent leads, high start up costs, and mediocre performance for leads that were
not identified as fraudulent. We recommend against running a CPL campaign with CPA Empire, however a
CPS campaign may be okay.

Azoogle Visit Azoogle
Publisher Review:
Azoogle is a Canada based company, and one of the largest
affiliate networks on the planet. Azoogle receives a constant influx of new campaigns, and
provides a large variety of campaigns to choose from. Unfortunately, Azoogle's user interface
does not allow for eCPC filtering, making it difficult to find the better-performing campaigns.
Azoogle does support email marketing, however the restrictions and control are too extreme, making
it almost impossible to effectively email market. Any infraction will cause your account to be
canceled, without an opportunity to investigate the issue or make a claim or otherwise validate
your position. Most other affiliate networks support their publishers and even "shield" them
from potential issues. The affiliate network was once friendly and publisher-centric, and has evolved to
advertiser-centric affiliate network with an arrogant attitude. Customer support is thin, and responses
are slow if a response comes at all.
Pros:
Large affiliate network with many offers, some good statistical campaign resources
are available, commissions are rarely reversed.
Cons:
Unfriendly support, difficult to find the best performing campaigns,
poor support for email marketers, advertiser-centric.
Advertiser Review:
Affiliate Official staff has launched several campaigns with
Azoogle, all ending in bad experiences. Excessive fraud was observed, and we could not get
credit back for fraudulent leads even when the fraud could be proven conclusively. Azoogle is
capable of generating extremely high volumes of leads, however we strongly recommend against
CPL campaigns. CPS, where you collect a credit card payment, should be safe. Start-up
fees were moderate to high, and new campaign launch times were moderate to slow.

eMarketMakers Visit eMarketMakers
Publisher Review:
Moderate sized affiliate network with a few unique offers.
eMarketMakers does not offer eCPC search filtering, making it difficult to find the best
performing campaigns. Many campaigns also require approval prior to running them, so you
cannot get up and running quickly. Similar to eAdvertising, this affiliate network does not have
much new or unique to offer that cannot be found elsewhere. Affiliate commissions are
generally higher on other affiliate networks.
Pros:
Customer service is okay, with some initial support when
you create your account.
Cons:
Does not bring much value to your affiliate network portfolio.
Hard to find the best offers, and the offers you do want to run often require an approval first.
Advertiser Review:
Moderate sales volume potential can be gained. Start-up costs
are moderate. A large media company, Vendare, is behind eMarketMakers and can help test
and run campaigns to help with the overall sales volume.

AdReporting Visit AdReporting
Publisher Review:
AdReporting is the smallest affiliate network
that the Affiliate Official has reviewed. At times AdReporting lands a few
nice and unique campaigns that pull in strong conversions and put money in your
pocket. However new campaigns come in very slowly, and high-performing campaigns
are uncommon. We found the staff and support to be very genuine and helpful, and
despite the small number of high-performing campaigns, we recommend that you take
a look. The AdReporting staff may contact you on the side to see if you have marketing
inventory for sale on a CPC, CPM or other basis. The user interface is easy to use,
you are automatically approved for all available campaigns, and you can be up and running
very quickly.
Pros:
Customer support, user interface, allows eCPC filtered campaign search,
provides some business opportunities beyond the affiliate network.
Cons:
Very small affiliate network with a small selection of offers.
Advertiser Review:
An excellent starting place for your first-ever affiliate
campaign. Start-up fees are extremely low, and an online interface can just about launch
your campaign. There is really no point in NOT launching a campaign here, as it is so simple
and so cheap to do. You will need to find other affiliate networks to help with sales volumes.

WebSponsors
Publisher Review:
Websponsors is another affiliate network that is not evolving
to fit the needs to the modern internet marketing publisher. Campaign payout is very
poor and identical offers can be found on competiting affiliate networks with significantly higher
payouts. There is no ability to search for the best performing campaigns, forcing you
to guess amongst a myriad of junk. Customer support is thin and help is hard to find.
After working with Websponsors for several years, we eventually abandoned it in favor of
other more responsive and effective affiliate networks.
Pros:
A moderate selection of offers are available.
Cons:
Many campaigns require approval before you can launch them.
Affiliate commissions are not competitive against other affiliate networks. Customer support is poor.
Strong campaigns cannot be readily identified, putting you at high risk for running junk.
Advertiser Review:
We have launched or witnessed the launch of 3 Web Sponsors campaigns,
all of which resulted in disasters. Fraudulent leads are abundant with no support for gaining
credit back for clearly bogus leads. Pre-payment was extreme, putting the advertiser
at significant risk. We consider this affiliate network to be dangerous to launch a campaign, with
a high probability of losing a lot of money very quickly. Do not run CPL campaigns, stick with
CPS as long as you have a very intense payment validation system. We have seen failed campaigns
on this affiliate network contribute to the bankruptcy of two companies.

LinkShare
Publisher Review:
Linkshare is one of the oldest affiliate networks.
It offers a moderate to large selection of offers. Unfortunately, most affiliate networks
have evolved past the method and style of campaign management featured by Linkshare.
The interface and limitations are similar to Commission Junction, but perhaps worse. Approval
must be received before running most all campaigns. It is difficult to set up new campaigns,
and the resources are limited to find good campaigns. It offers a very difficult-to-use
interface, not all marketing media are available, and the affiliate commission payment
structure is awkward (you are paid by the advertisers directly, who may choose to not pay you).
We recommend that you ignore this affiliate network until you've joined about everything else
out there, and are still looking for more offers to market.
Pros:
?
Cons:
Outdated affiliate/publisher relationship, arrogant and unwilling to
update to modern internet marketing (affiliate structure is 8+ years old). Puts the
publisher at risk by the method that commissions are paid. Cannot find the best performing
campaigns, forcing you to guess. Cumbersome and time-consuming interface.
Advertiser Review:
This is a dangerous affiliate network to launch your campaign. We have launched
or assisted the launch of several campaigns, all which failed at great expense. Linkshare demands
an exorbitant up-front payment with no guarantee of success or performance. It is unlikely
that your campaign will be successful here, and will most likely be a money pit. The staff
has a very arrogant attitude, is uncooperative, and seem to be there just to clean out your wallet.
While there are certainly many success stories with Linkshare, the odds are not in your favor.

Red McCombs/SourceOut
Publisher Review:
We found a very small selection of mediocre offers.
Most campaigns could be found on other affiliate networks with better payouts, and the unique
campaigns did not perform good enough to keep us interested in this affiliate network.
The user interface is okay, and allowed for eCPC search filtering. Most offers run
for Red McCombs did not perform well. New and unique campaigns come in very
slowly. Customer support via an affiliate manager is non-existent.
Pros:
We didn't get stiffed. Doesn't hurt to join up, and on occasion
you may see something nice come by.
Cons:
Not much of interest here. After 2 years of being a member, we found
only a few campaigns worth trying to run, all of which were mediocre or poor performing.
Advertiser Review:
No campaigns were run on this affiliate network, however our
intuition would be that only small volumes of leads could be generated.
